Partial fix for #262
This PR is the smallest compromise, just parsing the EPSG code from proj:code if present, ignoring codes from other authorities (which is in line with the missing support for WKT2/PROJJSON).
#263 would be a larger breaking change where we add general support for CRS and move away from EPSG. #263 is more a conceptual draft, rather than a full solution yet, while this PR should just work.
